1. Introduction and Commitment
Zeno, operating in Luanda, Angola, processes necessary personal data to handle contact requests, receive job applications, and manage newsletter subscriptions. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through the platform, how we use it, and who it may be shared with.
2. Data We Collect
Data collection depends on the feature used and is provided directly by you through platform forms:
- Contact request: name, business email, company, country, project type, and message.
- Newsletter: email address and optional WhatsApp number.
- Careers application: first name, last name, email, phone, country, city/state, area of interest, message, resume, and portfolio link or file.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We use data to process and respond to your requests, prepare proposals, provide support, evaluate job candidates, and send newsletter communications when requested. Processing is based on your request, consent where applicable, legitimate operational security interests, and legal compliance.
- Contact data enables the Zeno team to respond and follow up on proposal or meeting requests.
- Recruitment data and attachments allow us to evaluate applications and contact applicants.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used on forms to prevent spam and abuse. Google Analytics, when configured, only loads after analytics consent is given.
4. Data Sharing, Vendors, and Retention
Form submissions are routed via SMTP to Zeno's configured mailboxes under lab-zeno.com domains. Google provides reCAPTCHA and, when authorized, Google Analytics; these services may process device technical data, browser type, IP address, and interactions for their respective purposes. Vendors may process data outside Angola under applicable policies and guarantees. Zeno does not sell or rent personal data. We retain messages, applications, and files only for the duration needed to respond, evaluate, serve, or meet legal obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Data Subject Rights
You may request access to, correction, updating, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data, or withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with competent supervisory authorities. We employ form validations, secure connections, mail server authentication, and reCAPTCHA, though no electronic system is 100% immune to risk.
